Troja Haz

In October 2010 Stella Polaris opened their retreat , theatre and training
centre “Troja Haz “ in Hungary. As part of our 25th anniversary, we brought our
company to the opening of the retreat and held performances, parades, concerts and
a retrospective exhibition as a celebration of the opening event.

This lovely reconstructed old barn is situated in the village of Magyarlukafa in
the South Eastern part of Hungary. Troja Haz has a spacious 96 sq,m hall for
workshops and performances. Wooden floors, ceilings at 6 m., an full daylight
through glass doors and a large stove for heat in the colder season.

In addition a fully equipped kitchen, showers and toilets and separate bedrooms sleeping 8. The village offers private bed and breakfast at a very reasonable rate.

Take a plane or train to Budapest and check www.elvira.hu for time tables and prices for trains. It is also reasonably priced to rent a car at the Budapest airport if you would like to get around on your own.
